As a division of the Office of the Associate Dean for Extension, the Office of Learning and Organizational Development (OLOD) enhances the knowledge and skills of Extension professionals and emerging leaders to better serve their communities through transformative learning experiences, organizational development, and comprehensive program planning. Through these efforts, OLOD plays a pivotal role in driving the success of UGA Extension's educational programs and services.
