Dr. Martin provides leadership for the Office of Learning and Organizational Development and serves as director of county operations for UGA Extension.
Faculty
Dr. Bowie coordinates health-related external funding projects for Extension in partnership with FACS, the College of Public Health, the School of Social Work, and other entities. She helps lead projects focused on the following topics:

Dr. Brown leads the evaluation efforts of UGA Extension. She collaborates with agents and specialists system-wide to create metrics to assess the impact of community-based programming. Additionally, Dr. Brown works to build a culture of evaluation through targeted training initiatives.

Dr. Farner assesses the training needs of Extension Agents and Specialists. She leads the developing and implementation of a comprehensive onboarding and professional development program to build content knowledge and process skills. She is also an adjunct faculty member in ALEC.

Dr. Griffeth creates and facilitates internal and external leadership programs for UGA Extension. She engages faculty and staff in specialized professional development opportunities to grow their skills and the organization. She specializes in workplace generational differences, women's leadership, and organizational development.

Staff
Ms. Bell supports the administrative functions of the unit, including Destiny One payment processing, assisting in employee onboarding, and additional clerical and organizational tasks. Additionally, she provides onsite event support and serves as a representation of UGA Extension at statewide events.

Mr. Burke provides leadership for the Destiny One implementation for Extension at the University of Georgia. Working cooperatively with CAES units and county Extension offices, he designs and manages enrollment for educational programs, courses, conferences, and other learning experiences for Extension clientele.

Ms. Fife supports the unit’s internal and external leadership development programs and assists with programs and projects affiliated with UGA Extension. This involves recruiting new program participants and working with program alumni and donors.

Mrs. Rucci is the Office Manager for the Office of Learning and Organizational Development. With a passion for creating efficient and collaborative work environments, Bridget plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of OLOD's daily activities.
