Dr. Martin provides leadership for the Office of Learning and Organizational Development and serves as director of county operations for UGA Extension.

Dr. Brown leads the evaluation efforts of UGA Extension. She collaborates with agents and specialists system-wide to create metrics to assess the impact of community-based programming. Additionally, Dr. Brown works to build a culture of evaluation through targeted training initiatives.

Dr. Carpenter  assesses the training needs of Extension Agents and Specialists. She leads the developing and implementation of a comprehensive onboarding and professional development program to build content knowledge and process skills. She is also an adjunct faculty member in ALEC.

Mrs. Faulk leads the cultivation and capacity building of Extension’s program development and stakeholder engagement outreach efforts through design, training, and implementation. Dr. Griffeth creates and facilitates internal and external leadership programs for UGA Extension. She engages faculty and staff in specialized professional development opportunities to grow their skills and the organization. She specializes in workplace generational differences, women's leadership, and organizational development.

Ms. Bell supports the administrative functions of the unit, including Destiny One payment processing, assisting in employee onboarding, and additional clerical and organizational tasks. Mrs. Rucci is the Office Manager for the Office of Learning and Organizational Development. With a passion for creating efficient and collaborative work environments, Bridget plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of OLOD's daily activities.

Maggie joins Extension with three years of experience using the Modern Campus platform (Destiny One), having previously served as the Program and Enrollment Assistant for the UGA Center for Continuing Education.

In her new role as Extension Registration Customer Support Representative, she will assist with daily operations of Destiny One, including:
