Extension Academy

Extension Academy for Professional Excellence (EAPE) is the introductory level of leadership development for Extension faculty. Focusing on personal leadership, EAPE serves up to 20 select early-to-mid career participants dedicated to fulfilling Extension's mission who have demonstrated potential as future leaders of the organization. Meeting for three sessions over one year (August - April) across the state of Georgia, the program is open to county and state faculty with at least five years of experience. Interested participants should reach out to their DED or department head before applying to gain their approval.
